The Commissions...
- 80/20 commission split
- $16,000 cap. 100% commission after capping
- Earn $16,000 cap back as EXPI stock by achieving ICON status
- 3 Personal deals per year at 100% commission
- 60/40 commission split only for 3 deals under the Mentor program
The Fees (United States)...
- $85/month technology fee
- $149 one-time start-up fee for new agents
- $40 risk management fee & $25 broker review fee per transaction
- No additional transaction fees under 80/20 split
- $250 capped transaction fee for 100% commission deals
- Plus all applicable Local Real Estate association dues
Mentor Program - If you have completed less than 3 real estate deals prior to joining eXp, you are teamed with a local mentor to help guide you through every aspect of being a real estate agent (Program ends after your first 3 deals).
Local and National in-person events.
ICON program rewarding agents who fulfill certain performance marks.
